Visual Studio 2019 community Dev environment

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I have uploaded a picture of my issue.

in the picture…the left image is what the form looks like in the Dev environment. the image on the right is the same form but in runtime…why does the form theme/skin change. I have been banging my head around this for a year now and have still not gotten any answers as to why this is happening and how I can fix it.

I am using Visual Studio 2019 community on windows 10.

I posted about it awhile back and no one commented on it and I just let it go…I have however wanted to throw it out there again to see if anyone had any thoughts as to why this is happening…it is just annoying if anything…

Go to the form’s properties and look for runtime settings you might have some luck if you know what your looking for
