C# Solution folder organization

Hello,
I have a question about what is the right way to create folders for my c # solution. I found this folder hierarchy:

$/
  artifacts/
  build/
  docs/
  lib/
  packages/
  samples/
  src/
  tests/
  .editorconfig
  .gitignore
  .gitattributes
  build.cmd
  build.sh
  LICENSE
  NuGet.Config
  README.md
  {solution}.sln

to organize the solution and wander around guthub, I realized that it is the recommended standard. My question is: how can I create the src folder and other folders from Visual Studio? if I create them as a solution folder, they are only virtual and not physical folders. Should I simply create them manually and then include them in my solution? Is there a method from VS2019 to create them automatically when I create a new project?
Thank you so much
